State Waqf Boards, Central Goverment and State Government are advised on the waqf matters and issues interms of section 9 the Waqf Act . It helps in follow up of the implementation process of the Acts pertaining to  Auqaf in the country like THE UNIFIED WAQF MANAGEMENT, EMPOWERMENT, EFFICIENCY AND DEVELOPMENT ACT, 1995 as amended., which has been recently enacted for due administeration of the waqfs and wirking of the waqf boards etc.
